How This Site Works
We are a local referral service, not a cleaning company. When you call, text or fill out the quote form, your request goes to an independent pressure washing company that serves your part of town. That company gives you the quote, does the work and takes payment. You deal with them directly.
The quote is free, and you’re never obligated to book. If the price or the timing doesn’t suit you, just say no.
Here’s what happens after you reach out:
- You send the details. A call, a text with photos, or the form.
- A local crew reviews it. Most quotes come back the same day or the next.
- You get a written price. Ask any questions before you book.
Our standard
What We Expect From Every Crew
We only want to send you to crews that meet a basic standard:
- A Springfield business license for work inside city limits, which the city requires before work starts
- Liability insurance, with a certificate you can ask to see
- Workers’ comp or the exemption the city asks contractors to file
- The right method for each surface: soft wash on siding and roofs, pressure on concrete
- Written quotes, with nothing left to “we’ll see”
- Care for plants, pets and runoff, including keeping soapy water out of storm drains
You can ask any crew for proof of each item before work starts. A good crew won’t mind.
